Alchemist is a mage class, and they fire long range projectiles with their staves as their main method of combat. They boast high Swiftness.
Abilities[ | ]
The Alchemist lobs a bottle filled with liquid amber that, once shattered, coats the surrounding area and burns anything that comes in contact with it. Each bottle thrown costs 20 energy, and spawns three puddles of resin in a short radius around the impact point. Each puddle deals (5+([Potency]x([Level]/25)))x0.45 damage:
- With no equipment and lowest level: (5+(18x(1/25)))x0.45 ≈ 2.5
- With no equipment and highest level: (5+(134x(25/25)))x0.45 ≈ 62.5
And again every second to enemies touching the puddle for the next five seconds.
Tips[ | ]
- The Alchemist's ability does not interrupt primary fire. This means that they use it while still firing their primary attack.
- Enemies touching multiple puddles take damage from all of them individually, so stacking a large number of puddles can quickly burn down high-health targets.
Equipment[ | ]
Alchemists use Staves as their weapon, and equip Mantles and Boots for protection.
